Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-09-07

BoostHost is a software product owned and operated by Carolinas Enterprises LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of the BoostHost platform, including fleet management, GPS and telematics features, the parts store and any related services.

BoostHost is currently in an early-access testing phase.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using BoostHost you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Early-access phase

BoostHost is currently in an early-access testing phase. During this phase features may change, be added or be removed, data views may be corrected as integrations mature, and availability is not guaranteed.

You should not rely on BoostHost as your only record for tax, legal, insurance or regulatory purposes during early access. Keep your own copies of critical financial and compliance records.

Third-party integrations (including telematics providers, marketplaces and payment providers) depend on those providers. Interruptions, delays or gaps in their data are outside our control.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity performed by users you invite to your workspace.

Access is role-based. Account owners and administrators control which team members can view or change data. You are responsible for the roles you grant.

A free shopping account can purchase products only. Fleet management features require an active paid subscription.

4. Your data

Your fleet data belongs to you. We process it to provide the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data you import (for example spreadsheets exported from a marketplace) is used for financial, mileage, toll and operational reporting inside your own workspace. Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace.

You confirm you have the right to upload, import and process the data and documents you place in BoostHost, including any personal information about drivers or customers.

5. GPS and telematics

GPS and telematics features record vehicle location, movement and diagnostic data. Before activation you must confirm that your account has lawful authority to track the vehicle and that you are responsible for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required from drivers or occupants under applicable law.

You must not use tracking features to monitor a person unlawfully, or on a vehicle you do not own, lease or lawfully control.

Location accuracy, refresh frequency and diagnostic availability depend on the hardware and the provider. Tracking data is operational information, not a certified record.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance, in U.S. dollars, using the payment method you provide. Prices are shown before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

7. Store purchases

Physical products sold through BoostHost are subject to availability, stated pricing, applicable taxes and shipping terms shown at checkout.

Fitment information, product data and compatibility guidance are provided for convenience and do not guarantee that a part fits a specific vehicle. Confirm fitment before installation.

Some listings link to third-party retailers. Those purchases are governed by the retailer's own terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another workspace, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer it, resell access, upload malicious content, or use BoostHost for unlawful activity.

We may suspend access when required to protect the platform, our customers or a person's safety.

9. No professional advice

BoostHost provides operational tooling and reporting. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance or mechanical advice. Maintenance suggestions and reminders are informational; the vehicle manufacturer's schedule and a qualified technician take precedence.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" and, during the early-access phase, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carolinas Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using BoostHost at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings → Privacy & Data. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Some records (invoices, payment history, audit records) are retained where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms carry a version number. We may update them; the current version and effective date always appear at the top of this page.

If a change is material and affects your rights, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Minor clarifications do not require renewed acceptance.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
